It is not necessary to pay Boston Fencing Club membership fees to enroll in
Instructional or Pre-Competitive classes.
Instructional Classes (one-hour)
Fence For Fun: $175 per term plus USFA membership ($50 per season)
Fencing 1: $175 per term plus USFA membership ($50 per season)
Fencing 2-4: $180 per term plus USFA membership ($50 per season)
Student may attend once or twice per week for the same fee. First-time Fencing 1 and Fence For Fun students receive a free fencing glove which they may keep. Use of equipment is included.
Pre-Competitive Classes (1.5 hours) $265 per term plus USFA membership ($50 per season)
Student may attend once or twice per week for the same fee. Cost includes use of equipment, though if possible, students should purchase their own electric weapon and body cord.
Competitive Classes BFC and USFA membership required. Participants must represent the Boston Fencing Club in competition. Please contact Syd for information on requirements and fees for our Youth, JV and Varsity teams.
